1. Introduction

These terms apply to bookings and use of the RideReserve website. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and our Rental Agreement.

2. Bookings

Please provide accurate customer and booking details. Your booking is confirmed when payment is successfully received and RideReserve issues a booking confirmation.

3. Vehicle Allocation

Bookings are made by vehicle category. Images are illustrative; the make, model and colour supplied may vary within your selected category. Any change to your booked category requires your agreement.

4. Prices & Payments

Prices are displayed in Ghana cedis (GHS). Your booking total and any applicable charges will be shown before payment. Changes you request may affect the price and are subject to availability.

5. Identity & Licence Verification

Vehicle collection is subject to successful identity verification and, for self-drive rentals, driving licence verification. Please bring the original documents required in your booking confirmation. If verification is unsuccessful, RideReserve will cancel the booking and issue a full refund.

6. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to our Rental Agreement, which covers vehicle use, collection, return, fuel, damage and renter responsibilities. It also contains our cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules. For rental-specific matters, the Rental Agreement takes precedence over these terms.

7. Business & Long-Term Rentals

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a reservation. Business and long-term rentals are confirmed under an accepted quotation and the applicable agreement.

8. Website Use & Privacy

You must not use the website for fraudulent bookings, unauthorised payments or activities that disrupt the service. We handle personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes & Applicable Law

We may update these terms. The version accepted when you book applies to your booking unless we mutually agree otherwise. These terms are governed by Ghanaian law and do not limit your statutory rights.
